Operation Ramen is a brand we've crafted from scratch, driven by the desire to fill a niche in the market and infuse our local scene with the multinational essence of food. Stemming from a single thought about market gaps, we formed a partnership with a chef and a business investor, pitching our idea and initiating menu development. Our successful launch through third-party aggregators marked the beginning of a journey characterized by consistent growth in brand and business performance. The overwhelming feedback we've received has been a testament to our vision, and we're proud to have expanded our presence to two out of four cities in the Cyprus market. Building on this momentum, we've broadened our menu to include Noodles & Rice Bowls, all in line with the core philosophy of our brand.
