Qualified leads, not cheap ones.

What meta lead generation actually is - and when it earns its place.
Lead campaigns are easy to run and hard to run well. Meta will happily deliver a very low cost per lead by finding people who will tap a form and never answer the phone. The number looks excellent in the ads manager and produces nothing in the sales pipeline, which is why we measure the work on cost per qualified lead rather than cost per submission.
That changes what the job actually is. Most of the leverage sits before the media: the offer, who it is aimed at, what the ad promises and how quickly someone follows up. The rest sits in tracking - Pixel and Conversions API set up properly, GA4 events that do not double-count, and a qualification field coming back from the sales side so we can tell the platform, and ourselves, which leads were worth having.
We do not promise a cost per lead before we understand the offer, and we do not present platform-reported leads as customers. Where CRM data exists we reconcile against it. Where it does not, we say so on the report.
What changes when meta lead generation is practised in Cyprus rather than copied from a playbook written somewhere else.
- 01
Small markets exhaust audiences quickly
Cyprus audiences are small enough that frequency climbs fast and creative fatigue arrives in weeks, not quarters. A campaign that is not fed new creative on a schedule will decay regardless of how well it was structured.
- 02
Follow-up speed decides the result
The same campaign produces a good or bad month depending on whether leads are called within the hour. We build routing and notifications for that reason, and we will tell you when the bottleneck is the sales process rather than the media.
- 03
Bilingual audiences complicate creative
Greek and English audiences respond differently to the same offer. Testing is not optional, and results should be read per language rather than pooled.
From the partners
“The first question is never what budget. It is what happens to a lead in the ten minutes after it arrives. If that answer is vague, more spend just buys a bigger backlog.”
“Creative is the media plan in this market. Audiences are small, so what you say and how it looks does more work than any targeting setting.”
6 defined deliverables. Open a row to read the detail - skip what you don't need.
01Campaign strategy & offer
The commercial offer, audience definition, campaign structure and budget logic - agreed before a single ad is built.
02Creative & copy
Concepts, ad design, video and static variants, and copy written for the objective, with a structured testing plan.
03Instant Forms & landing pages
Meta Lead Ads and Instant Forms, or conversion campaigns pointed at landing pages designed for one action.
04Tracking & attribution
Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 events and UTM conventions wired so the same lead is not counted three different ways.
05CRM & lead routing
Lead delivery into your CRM or inbox, routing rules, notification emails and a qualification field so sales outcomes come back into reporting. [Confirm CRM platform]
06Optimisation & reporting
Lead-quality monitoring, creative and audience iteration, retargeting, and reporting that separates platform-reported leads from CRM-verified ones.

Answered the way we would answer them on a call.
01What cost per lead can we expect?
We do not quote one before we understand the offer, the audience and the follow-up process, and any agency that does is guessing. [Add approved campaign result]
02Instant Forms or landing pages?
Instant Forms usually produce more leads at a lower cost; landing pages usually produce fewer, better-qualified leads and give you far better measurement. Many accounts run both and compare them on qualified leads, not volume.
03Do you need access to our CRM?
Not to run the campaigns, but without lead outcomes we can only report platform-reported leads. If a CRM or even a shared sheet of outcomes exists, the reporting becomes genuinely commercial.
