The business & its market
What Foody Market does, and what this market demands.
Introducing Foody Market, a revolutionary addition to the renowned Foody brand, brought to you in partnership with Pangram Pixels Production House. Backed by Delivery Hero Cyprus and originating from the vibrant city of Berlin, Germany, Foody has long been synonymous with the food delivery industry in Cyprus, setting the standard for convenience and quality service. Now, with Foody Market, the brand expands its offerings to include digital supermarkets, ushering in a new era of convenience and accessibility for customers.
Our mission, in collaboration with Pangram Pixels, was to ignite excitement and anticipation for this innovative concept through a dynamic production that would capture the essence of the digital supermarket experience. Going above and beyond the call of duty, we embarked on an ambitious journey to create five distinct personas, each representing a different family member, as part of a captivating episodic series. By weaving together relatable stories and real-life scenarios, we aimed to forge deep connections with our audience, drawing them into the world of Foody Market.
The response to our campaign was overwhelming, prompting the company to allocate additional resources to further amplify its reach and impact. With new episodes on the horizon, in collaboration with Pangram Pixels, we're poised to continue our storytelling journey, building upon the initial narrative and captivating our audience with each installment.
A venue is a brand before it is a menu. Guests choose on concept, atmosphere and social proof, usually from a phone, usually within an hour of eating.
Margins are thin and the competitive set changes constantly - new openings reset attention every season.
Common challenges in food & beverage
- 01
Discovery happens on social, not search
For most venues the feed is the shop window. If the visual output is inconsistent, the concept never registers.
- 02
Repeat visits, not first visits
Opening week is easy. Building a reason to return - and a way to reach past guests - is where most venues have no system at all.
- 03
Concept drift
Menu, interior, music and communications are decided at different times by different people. The result reads as several brands at once.
- 04
Operational load
Owners are on the floor. Content, offers and responses get made in gaps, so quality swings with how busy the week was.
- 05
Delivery and dine-in tension
Aggregators bring volume at a cost and present the brand in someone else's frame, which rarely matches the room.
How we answer it: We set the concept and identity, then run a content and channel rhythm the operation can actually sustain. See our food & beverage practice.
Keep going.
